Sir, Any tribunal order, be it Service tax, exicse or customes, /where and how do know as to whether till today that order holds good, I mean, not overuled by higher courts/Higher Courts decisions

I mean sir, if any lower court decission say decission 1, after certain point of time, If I want to rely on that decision ie. decission 1, in one of my case ie the case I am dealing, how do I find as to whether that decession 1 is holds good or overruled by higher forums or higher courts

is there any portal/software to find out that or how do we find ? you know very well that relying on the overruled judjments/decessions will lead to some times, the courts may penlize with cost on the advocate

If the trial court's decision has been set aside by the appellate court then it will be treated that the decision by the trial court has been overruled by the appellate court.
