sir,
The state government owned N B F C violated chitty rules the Inspector general of registration and the taxes department has their support to the company
The government of kerala is not responding for the complaints they simply forward the complaints to the tax department I have no expectation from the state
please let me know who is the central authority up to minister level

Mr. Moosa,
Sorry to point out about your wrong approach.
Instead of treating the LCI members as information centre, it would have been better to treat them as solution centre for individual's problem
Contrarily, you have asked a query without making even a brief mention of exact violation of chitty act that you could find on the part of the State Government.
Moreover, if you seek solution from the higher authorities, you should not have expected that from them without getting the facts verified concerned authorities after hearing from them, who are considered to have violated the provisions of law.
So, now even if you are informed about any Central Authority desired by you, the Central Government cannot also unduly intervene the autonomy of the State Authorities. They will also send your complaint to the concerned State to get the problem rectified at their level.

it is the duty of the foreman to pay prize money against receipt of sufficient security if fails as per chitty act the subscriber has the right to collect prize money with interest.
After furnishing security they didn't release the payment was my case consumer forum dismissed my complaint at national level against a false affidavit of fabricated deficiency
Now under R T I they agree that security was sufficient same time the prize amount without any interest was transfered to future liabilities and I have paid interest for the loan accounts availed from the ticket
I told you that I have no expectation from the state who guaranteed for the investment and you said that no use of sending the complaint to central then whom should I approach?where do I get justice?

Dear Mr. Moosa,
I intended only to apprise you about the system and the obligations of State and the Central Government.
If the consumer forum, the correct forum, has not provided any relief, you cannot achieve any success with the State or the Central authorities.
However, if some authorities have acted in violation of law or taken any bribe, you can approach the State Vigilance Authority/ Lokayukta or the High Court of the State through some experienced lawyer.

Choice has nothing to do, but competence of the court matters much, as based on the issues intended to be raised. So, your own lawyer can take care of the issues about the case, if to be filed in the court.
