Dear Sir,
my wife has filed divorce case on cruelty and petitioner evidence has closed.
I have 2 query :
How to submit whats app messages in the court as judge is saying to call service provider.Also, there are pictures & video from family function but judge is saying original device is required on which it was saved and has told to submit all the other documennts in original.
if my wife withdraws her petition on respondent evidence stage, is it allowed and can she again use the same cruelty ground for filling case after some time.

I also want to know that if petitioner have accepted certain facts and documents in their cross examination, do I need to provide evidence for that and what should I write on the photocopy of documents mark or accepted in cross.
