modification of judgement copy

I got divorced under section 13(b) of Hindu marriage act 1955 in 2008 at district court Chandigarh.is it possible to get the judgement modified as anything related to custody of the child is not written in the judgement made by the judge

no. it is not possible.. typical and numerical errors only can be rectified in judgement..

for the custodial order you can be initiate a separate proceedings only..
