Seller of a 3BHK Flat (11 Yrs old)at Kolkata asking 50L total and wants 20L to make agreements with me, after another buyer has failed to pay within the specified period as per the agreement between them.

I need Bank loan of 20L

How to proceed with the deal without any hassles.

Unless previous buyer release his claim of purchase in writing buying same property is risky. As for loan remaining amount is paid n agreent is executed n duly regd.no bank will pay loan
