Cpsu to spsu through proper channel

I am working in a CPSU and I was received a interview letter from SPSU with higher pay. This case I am not having exp. which asked by SPSU and I have not forwarded the application through proper channel can I attent the interview.

If you had applied for SPSU even before joining CPSU hen you may proceed without taking their permission or else a NOC becomes mandatory or else you may be liable to answer the problem that may arise at a later stage in this regard.
