Muslim ancestral propert .A person was died behind back legal heirs of 1 son n 2 sisters .since in year 1975 his both sister marriage was occurred.now in year 2013 she can file partition suit for her share in the property.the said property some portition sold by her brother in 2000 before he was publish public notice that time she was not taken any objection so her right was vanish or barred by limitation act..plz if any one have citation on particular circumstances give me...Ty

As per Muslim law of inheritance, son and daughter have 66.66% :33.33 in immovable properties. married daughter has still has right as bachelor status. if notice is publish and any share holder not take action or file objection against the said sale matter, the share holder should write or inform the other share holder by Registered letter and if no any answer given by that party or parties in this regard return of acknowledgment must be kept for future reference.
No never be her right was vanish in ancestral property because the property sale by his brother, that was undivided property.
