Can an employee's union be registered under M.P. Registration of societies act, 1973 instead of trade union act ?

As a law officer of your organisation, your question is like a layman, while the HR department of your organisation should have known that what is a trade union and that a trade union does not fall within the scope of a society. I wish, as a law officer, you should also have known that there is a separate law governing trade unions.
