If a person working in centeal govt of india could not apply for medical leave as per the procedure but was able to intimate his higher officers in between due to temporary loss of memory. What is the procedure to be followed after full tratment by the doctor.riven

obtain full medical treatment chart and opinion qua loss of memory and Fit to Join Certificate. Apply to your department first leave supported with medical evidence in detail and then apply for joining. No special procedure is prescribed in CSR to deal with such matters.riven

Ex-post facto application with medical certificate preferably from Govt. Hospital explaining the circumstances will suffice.riven
