Dear Experts..
1)Can a police officer investigate matters related to income-tax
2)an income tax officer has lodged complaint to PSI with a mention of approval obtained from Chief commissioner, neither has it been filed with complaint, nor with FIR and nor with chargesheet. can such a complaint/FIR/Charge sheet be quashed? PSI took two years to file Charge sheet.
