Housing society bye law

In a housing society Agm if the election process could not be completed due to no of objections by defaulter members and non members then what is nextstep.The Agm was fixed as per the direction and order by Deputy registrar housing society.
I want to know whether the same Managing committee continues as care taker committee. Please reply in details.Few of the members even ready to become managaing commitee members.
