Bike theft.

My bike was stolen in Dec'2011 from housing complex.Loacl PS refused to lodge FIR.I moved to court and lodged a omplain (U/S 379).Now the Court has sent me NOTICE to show cause within 15 days. I want to ask what happen if i could not attend the court ? Because i donot know what Investigating Officer has submitted in his report.For what purpose court has sent this notice to me ?

HAD YOU OBTAINED VEHICLE LOAN, AND UNPAID, AND THE FINANCIER TOOK IT AWAY?

Inform Insurance Co. They know exact fact.
Other wise they will pay you the Insurance Claim to you.
