My father purchased the land on the name of My younger Brother from Party in 2010. My father expired in 2011 and Now Party is not giving us possassion of the land. And Party's Grand son have filed the case against my brother and his Grand father. Although the Grand son is Minor.

Now what to do... pl guide on the same...

You have to go for suit for possession on the basis of the sale deed. All the legal heirs of your father are the parties to the suit.
