Corporate Governance is a topic but its a wide subject in itself.

Its a Code of Conduct to be followed by Listed Company(Strictly) & other Companies as well.

It relates to the variuos compliaces a company has to follow but in different aspects.

You can let us know which specific area you want your clarification in like:

clause 49, clause 50 or any other.
