Legal notice serving

Respected Experts,
In our apartment we have parking place alloted by the builder where we are parking
for so many years.since one & half year a few
residents made their own committee to take care of parking society & collecting money
monthly without cash receipt,not giving statement of accounts to the residents.there
are so many other lapses e.g.sec.personnel not wearing uniform etc.several times they have been intimated regarding the lapses.but no improvement. can
we send legal notice to them.how many residents should be there for this act.their
committee is not registered.pl.advise.

You can refuse to pay and if it is not registered committee you can complain to police.

Go to police since it is not constituted by general body through legal machanisam
