sir we have a joint business. My father worked really hard for several years but now because of my grand father he had to incur heavy loses and now he is not giving us money for food and medicine though he is capable enough to do so. we dont even have money fr education as well. he is nt evn caring for his wife and was involved in a bit of domestic violence as well. sir, wat can we do to stop dis? what sort f claim can we file against my grandfathr?

ur father shd look at his sons, you being manager, and not on 70 yrs old grand father for ur food and medicine.
ur ather worked so hard, and you want to throw your father also , out of yur house, by poa of ur mother??
It seems your mother / ur wife want to throw him out of house on dv case? is it true?? .
You have no money for food, but have 5 LAKH TO PAY YOUR MOTHER??? so that property becomes of your wife, and then throw your father and grand mother and brother out of their old house, purchased by them on your mother's name . WHAT YOUR MOTHER HAVE TO SAY?? SHE KNOWS ABOUT YOUR PLANS ??
your intention is malafide, , it amount to abuse of Law.
