Addition of name on property card

I own a flat in South Mumbai which was earlier on Pagdi system and i have purchased the same from the landlord a few years back. The ownership document was registered at Old Custom House. The property card is currently in the name of the Landlord. Some flats are sold by him and some are still on Pagdi System.I would like to know what is the process to get my name included in the property card.
