Limit of chargesheet, when 90days and when 60 days?

If punishment is 10years then which is limit of filing of chargesheet? For example: IPC sec: 306,386,364 etc. plz provide any authority of Hon'ble Su.Court. Thanks to all.

its 90 days - no case law required for that. S.167 CrPC clearly suggests that

90 days if the the person is in Police/Judicial custody.
If chargesheet not submitted in this period,accused has right to seek bail.
Else no limit.
