lack of infrastructure in educational institution

Sir,

Whom should we contact, if the educational institution coming under CBSE, Chennai lacks basic facilties of sanitation and washing, when writing to the shool authorities is of no use.

Is there any law which regulates functioning of CBSE Schools in India.

Can we write to the SECRETARY, CBSE, DELHI for interference and necessary correctional measures in case of MALADMINISTRATION on the part of the Management of the School.

You may write to the CBSE as well as to the director of the education, Public health authorities of the Corporation and the health department of the state. YOu may also file Writ.

Dear Saravanan
Proper step would be first to write a letter to CBSE and if the complaint written by you is found genuine then the CBSE Affiliation can be cancelled.
