MY PETITIONER WAS AFFECTED ON THE GROUNDS
1) FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION
2) FREEDOM OF OCCUPATION
CAN REASONABLE RESTRICTION IS POSSIBLE TO BLOCK THESE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT
