registration in Bar Council Of India

I am Company Secretary by profession and have completed LL.B this year only. Do i have to get enrolled myself at Bar? Can i practice CS and Law at the same time? Please guide me...

You cannot be practising two professions at the same time. You have to chose between the two.
Once you decide to practice as a lawyer, then you have to first get your self enrolled as an Advocate with the State Bar Council. Thereafter you have to sit for the All India Bar Examination being conducted by the Bar Council of India and clear it to become a fulfledged "Advocate".
