AIR 2003 SUPREME COURT 4089 "State of M.P. v. Mishrilal" = 2003 AIR SCW 2066
(A) Criminal P.C. (2 of 1974), S.210 - COMPLAINT - Cross cases - Police investigated complaint filed by prosecution party on completion of investigation charges were framed by Court - Investigating Officer also submitted challan on basis of complaint lodged by accused in respect of same incident - It would be just and fair to decide both the cases together by same Court.
