can a man be convicted by Anti corruption beurea twice for the same reason where as the previous case is pending in High court,
please suggest me some points of defence against anti corruption beurea

Yes, even if the court case is pending,the deptt.can punish its employee in depart.enquiry.

yes if you got any stay orders of the operation of judgement you can take steps not to proceed. Also the proceedings initiated for judicial custody or also for corruption and based on the judgement. in any of these reasons the dept. can proceed with
