are there any direct entries to higher judical posts,if yes then what are they i have just completed LL.B and i want a details about higer judicial services, please its urgent please help me by this,and also suggest me about judicial servise like what should i do

As per CONSTITUTION OF INDIA the DISTRICT, HIGH COURT, SUPREME COURT JUDGES are appointed directly. For which there must a BAR STANDING PRACTICE OF 10 YEARS OR MORE IN STATE SUB-ORDINATE, HIGH COURT, SUPREME COURTS. ALSO THE ADVOCATE MUST BE A WELL KNOWN JURIST IN ANY LAW FIELD.

BETTER YOU MUST GET MINIMUM SEVEN YEARS EXP IN THE LAW FIELD TO BE APPOINTED AS A PUBLIC PROSECUTOR.
