Please do not jump to conclusions unnecessarily by saying that by use of money power your employer is not allowing the listing to be done before the High Court. You say that the High Court has given the stay. Without listing how the HC can give the stay? Further, after giving the stay, the HC will itself give the next date when the matter is to be listed. Where is the question of your employer using the money power. Therefore, just do not jump to conclusions. If your Counsels are advising you to wait, better wait. Court processes do take time.

thanks for your valuable suggestions. the High court has given stay without adverting to any of the contentions raised by my councils. without 17-B compliance which is mandatory.stay has been granted without fixing the date . the time was given for counter rejoinder filing only.
