relaxaton of bail condition

hi,
I was able to obtain a anticipatory bail to my client upon certain condition, one among it was that My client has to approach the concerned magistrate within 7days of the order and obtain REGULAR BAIL.
This above mentioned condition is not fulfilled by me, Hence i prefer an application for the relaxation of bail condition(Although there is no SPecific Provision), stating appropriate ground for violation of the condition.
I am confident to convince the judge regarding the maintainability of the application. However,there is a problem, this application if filed after expiry of the stipulated 7days:(.
Now, can i pray for relaxation after the violation of the condition? Or Can i pray for condonation of delay? Whats the position of law? any citations to support my case?

yes offcourse but depend upon the magistrate to allow or not !

I cant take the risk.. So, i moved the relaxation application before the District Court itself.. It is yet to come for hearing. I am trying to find some citations to justify.. cant find one:(. Probably there is no such scope under law, its only a discretion:/.
