A police officer is dismissed from service after ten years of service. Whether he can ask for pensional benifits or any other benefite for his 10 years services. Thank you

He is not entitled to Pension since he has served only 10 years. He can seek other termination benefits, such as, Gratuity, Leave Encashment...

Since he has not completed the qualifying period, he is not entitled. However, he can claim other terminal dues, if it has not withheld specifically in writing.
