THIS IS REGARDING AGRICULTURAL LAND, WE USE TO TAKE WATER FROM WELL, THERE IT IS MENTIONED 1 WELL & 1 "3HP ELECTRIC PUPMSET" will be sued by 3 share holder.

Hence i want to know the full LEGAL MEANING FO 3HP ELECTRIC PUMPSET

This terminology is not related with any Act thus it has no meaning only dictionary meaning can be imparted. It means any pump which runs with the aid of electric power.
