sir,
my friend has appointed in a company , initial 2 year was probetionary ,evenafter 2 years management not confirmed ,still saying my wotk is not satisfactory , what can i do now ,
can i join union now,still i am in probationary period ,

please confirm the service rules of that company as you signed some documents before joining about the probationary period and the time and how can become permanent. if all the requirements of those rules,if reasonable, is completed then you are entitled for permanence in your job, then you have many remedies to save your exploitation.

whether your employer has given any letter or show cause about your performance during this period and further whether any order extending your probationary period is issued. what is your post and nature job. all these information is required to answer this query.

You can not do anything becouse the employer can extend the period of probation till he/she is not satishfied withn your work.
