regarding a petty case

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 20 January 2011 This query is : Resolved
hi..i am charged under one case related to sending obscene sms to a person who vowed money to me. But chargesheet is filed saying that there is no evidence related to that. now i am attending case in warangal. now i am getting bored of attending it here as there is no progress in the case. every month it is getting postponed. can anything be done to speed up that ? is there any way for me to come out of this case once for all ? can i escape from this case ?

Dear, as you said chargesheet is filed and there is no evidence related to that, it means you have knowledge regarding the law, ok if you think there is no material against you in chargesheet you can go for quashing of the case and please dont ask such questions that you escape from this case, we are here to advice you to fight for the justice and not to tell you the procedure to escape.

if you show some real urgency then your matter would be heared on urgent basis otherwise you have to follow the procedure of the court and wait till your number to come.

File proceedings in High Court for quashing under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C>

You can submit an application for early hearing explaining your urgency.
