We are residing in Noida & Brother's wife residing with her parents / boyfriend's house in aligarh since March'2010,so many efforts she do'nt want to turn back & she also file case under 125 & DV under crpc 12, 18 to 22, so many times this lady & her relatives try to stop us to attend the court & giving threatening , in this subject we have sent so many mails to all govt.officials, but all is vain.
Resulting we want to transfer these case from out of Aligarh.
So kindly let us know the address of allahabad high court lawyer who can tranfer these case out of aligarh, kindly also quote a approx.figure of expenditure in this course.

You can approach the local lawyer in this regard. You have a strong case primafacie for seeing transfer to suit you. However the law provides leniency in the case of woemn in respect of filing the case of divourse or DV and the decison of jurisdiction is normally in her favour unless you have a strong case as narrated by you which onus of proving lies on you. REcntly Mumbai Hc has decided onthis matter in favour of women in similar circumsances. May be yourcse is difernt. you have to estabish it.
