Dear Sirs,
Thanks for your prompt reply,can I file contempt & writ mandamus together in contempt of court? Please inform.
I am I highly obliged for your responses & its helping me.
I look forward to your same cooperation.

Also,If I can get citations towards laying UGD please provide if I am not crossing my limitation & asking too much.

no. both are two forums. The contempt is always between Court and person allegedly Contempt the courts order.The petitioner is merely an informant, whereas in mandamus, the petitioner always is a party.

Dear Sir,

Please file the Writ of Mandamus first. In the meanwhile issue a legal notice warning of contempt proceedings. Then you can think of filing contempt proceedings if situation warrants.
