agreement of sale & G.P.a

sir i have heard that supreme court of india has delivered judgementregarding that Agreement of sale and G.P.A are void I want this Judgement can people who are in touch with said Judgment please cite it.

No. It is not so. The supreme court has held that they are deemed to be sale deeds.
