Experts ,one of my builder is behaving as a gunda, we the actual land lords was already registered our property to said builder in 2008 along with his two other partners . in this two other partners was given checques to us , and it has been BOUNCED The case was filed by us in the court, on behalf of the 2 other persons .now the person builder one of the partner in said land was behaving as gunda and creating all neusence with his un-social elements personsnearly 8-10 members and forcebly taken poste dated achecque of 25 lakhs+ 19 months intrest i.e. 10.5 lakhs total 35.50 lakhs from my brother- in-law in turn my mother was given cheques to my brother -in-law,who was a meditor of our family {for previous M.O.U. VARIOUS agreeements}which has been cancelled by both of us in meatual understanding . ,actually the afore said person already was enterd into registration along with his 33% share with other two persons and we executed registration in favour of three persons by receving 15.0lakhs as part payement and remaining amount was given in cheques .now the question is that can i file a compalint againist the builder in police ?for his harrasments on us? or i can send a notice to said three persons ? including builder? kindly reply me urgent . it is my mothers property and we altogether executed the said property to said persons .
