6. Classes of Criminal Courts.
Besides the High Courts and the courts constituted under any law, other than this Code, there shall be, in every State, the following classes of Criminal Courts, namely.
(i) Courts of Session;
(ii) Judicial Magistrate of the first class and, in any Metropolitan area, Metropolitan Magistrate;
(iii) Judicial Magistrate of the second class; and
(iv) Executive Magistrate.
Query : Which court can a person can appeal first & than where to appeal & go on till the high court. (In Short Which one is the first court to appeal & if the order are not proper than where to appeal & if that order is not proper than whhere to appeal).
There pecuniary jurisdiction & jail term they can answer whether 1 or 2 years.
Also tell me the book to get more detail about the types of magistarte there powers & court & there powers.
