Either it is in the High Court in whose jurisdiction the Appellate Tribunal is situated or in the High Court in whose jurisdiction the PF authority, whose order was impugned before the Appellate Tribunal is situated.

now where is the appeal remedy to "X" to challenge the order of the Appellate Tribunal?
