married women right in her parents property

A woman got married in the year Jan 1991 and go divorced in the year 1995.

Again she re-married in the year June 2004.
What is her right is her parents propety?

Is is still a co-parcener of the her parents family?

Can she claim her share in the parents property?

If YES.. how much she will get and what is the procedure for that.

If the woman belongs to tamilnadu, karnataka, andhrapradesh and maharashtra then she deemed to be a coparcener from december 1990. In any other case she becomes coparcener under the new amendment to the hindu sucession act during the year 2005.

In Haryana the woman is also co-parcener in the agricultural land of her parents.
