Sharing of Auditor's Report with Members of Gp Hsg Society

Is the elected Management Committee of RWA required to share the auditor's report on the audited balance sheet? If yes and if the Management refuses to share it, what are the options available to the members.

Dear Brijesh,

The affair of a society gets governed through its Memorandum of Association you refer to the same or otherwise if you want to raise any dispute regarding the same then you may have to approach the Registrar in this regard.
