my husband is in jaipur,i am in delhi, he has filed a divorce case there, due to continuous harrasement and torture by my in laws i was forced to leave the house.they have the local influence over there.what provisions under law i have to ask from my husband or in laws pertaining the dv act and under divorce case,i dont want divorce also as i dont want to remarry.rr

You can definitely ask for "maintenance".
If you want to stay in the house, where your husband is living, without interference of your in-laws, then You can ask for "shared house-hold" and feel threatened about your life and limb, then you can as for "protection orders". All these things you can ask while not seeking divorce.
