helllo all learned friends
i lodged the complian under the provisions ot the domestic violence act the summons served the 1 to 7 by registered ad but on the same address and in a single cover the cover of registered ad returned with remarsks UNCLOSED the what is the meaning of this as per the post department
while the 8 to 11 persons served the registerd ad but not remained before the honourable court now can i give the appliction for the bailable warrant of the opponent if yes under the which section of the domestic violence act pls proved me information regards
