The RP of the company currently in CIRP has denied to pay the workers who are coming to the plant on the basis of No work no pay policy.
Query : Can RP eliminate employee cost during the CIRP ?

The employees and workmen have to file the claim in FORM D i.e. Proof of Claim by a Workman or Employee, Under Regulation 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
