Request to provide the extracts from Labour Laws/Industrial laws regarding the companies working on public holidays/declared holidays and its effects.

I don't whether your establishment comes under factory or commercial establishment. In Factories Act or Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, every state government declares the holidays applicable on their workers. These holidays may be between 8 and 9. Please contact your State Government.
