dear sirs/madam,

my query is "whether the apprentice unions/ contract labour unions should be/ or their right?to called for meetings as trade unions?"
because it may become practice afterwards

Not only it shall become a precedent but it is against the interests of apprentices also. So far as contract labour union is concerned, it can be formed and it is duly in their favour. They can collectively talk and make pressure for the genuine demands of their union.
