Certified Copy of Document Could be Obtained From Registrar Office By Any One and Every One.You Should Appoint A Local Good Advocate to Complete the Formalities and Procedures of Lost Document Like Filing Police Complaint For Missing Document and Getting the FIR for the same and News Paper Advt For Missing Documents And Filing the Same in Court.Court after Verification with Relevant authorities which would Take at Least 3 months would Declare the Originals As Lost and Null and Void and the Court will Endorse in the Certified Copies which you have As Original with Court Seal.Appoint your Local Good Advocate at Once.

Where are the original documents?
Bank is justified in asking the original documents before sanctioning loan while mortgaging the property.
