I joined as a PA through passing UPSC stenographers Exam 1988 ranked 46. I became PS in 2003 seniority list.alongwith other batchmates of 1988 exam. Persons juniors to me in rank in PA exam of UPSC became senior to me in and placed in 2002 and 2003 seniority list of PS above me. Is it not wrong on part of DOPT to make seniority list. Is there any judgement of HCs or SC or what are the options available to me if DOPT do not consider my representation.

You have not stated whether you represented against the seniority list position or not and if represented what was the response of the competent authority?
Further, if not represnted, what is the reason that you could not find such irregularity for the last 10 years of circulation of the seniority list? How would you like to counter this question when raised in the court of law, even if there is any judgement of HCs or SC?
