Cenvat credit

(Querist) 04 January 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,

Cenvat credit taken by the assessee on the basis of the invoices issued by the 1st stage/ 2nd stage dealer having a 3rd party in between who is not a consignee but a buyer having no Central Excise registration, is valid in the eye of law or not.
