Need Help for resolving Builder issues in Mumbai

I am representing a huge complex where the builder has broken all rules and laws and cheated us.

Need professional help in Mumbai who can help us take the builder to task

i.e Filing a criminal complaint that the builder has not got OC for over 4 years after building is complete. further violated all building plans, misutilised the funds (maintenance amount) and cheated the occupiers
