Motor vehcile accident insurance claim

i met an accident in which my two wheeler is completely destroyed by catching fire. at the time of accident my driving licence was note renewed [ got expired] . is this make any problem in lodging of insurance claim? pl help.

you can not claim for compensation from the isurance company as you have no valid D/L at the time of accident. You are duty bound to renew it in time.
