Threaten to life from opposite litigants and family

Sir,

I filed partition suit and got 2/3rd legal share in the partition suit. I filed for final decree proceedings in the court. The other party claimed my 2/3rd share with false relinquishment deed after attempt to murder me, I denied the alleged unregistered relinquishment deed for consideration and execution. Further she stalled my final decree proceeding on one pretext or other. As the matter is still pending in the court my sister and her family members i.e. other litigant's family is trying to threaten me though they have been chargesheeted and obstructing me to proceed with final decree in the court and thereby to give up the claim and given warning of dire consequences whenever I appear for my case in the court. I lost faith in the police because FIR I lodged for attempt to murder to arrest the family members and investigation was not carried properly. I filed writ petition for complete investigation and to book the culprits the same was dismissed for the reason chargesheet already filed.

Please kindly advise me how to pursue my case in such life threatening situation. And whom to complain to enforce my rights.
