Sir,
My client is an Indian his residence is in Visakhapatnam Dist. Andhra Pradesh.
In 1995 my client father went to Bangladesh for employment, and my client is adopted by his natural father elder brother in 2000. My client born in 1990, At this juncture they written on white paper two witnesses signed. (adoption on white paper valid/enforceable)
He went some time to Bangladesh for health service of natural father. He stayed there for 2 years. And obtained passport in Bangladesh and returned with 3 years VISA permit. Thereupon completed his graduation in Bachelor of Business Management and obtained job in Hyderabad. The student VISA time tenure over has not renewed VISA. Now he arrested on 01-09-2012 by the Police filed section in Section 14 FOREIGN LAWS, 420 I.P.C., There upon he obtained bail on 10-09-2012.
My submission that the police not recognized the adoption of his adoption to his natural father elder brother. Simply Registered the FIR
My client also married in Visakhapatnam Dist. Andhra Pradesh. The client now residing separately now.
Now the matter posted to 26-09-2012.
My client also made a mistake that he obtained PASSPORT in Bangladesh, THE PASSPORT is in force. Another thing VISA
My client and my client fathers are born in Visakhapatnam Dist. Andhra Pradesh. My client natural father went to Bangladesh for employment only.
AS A COUNSEL WHAT CAN I DO : IS THERE ANY PROCEEDING TO QUASH THE FIR
What are steps I want to take to contest the matter.

Not a good case for filing Quashing Petition.
Whatever you have stated above are all questions of fact and cannot be appreciated during quashing proceedings.
otherwise also the kind of adoption you are talking above is not valid.

ADOPTION IS VALID IF THEY WRITTEN THE ADOPTION ON WHITE PAPER
CAN MARRIAGE OS VALID
TO STAY IN INDIA
my client have to do continue extension of the visa
it it the PASSPORT IS IN COURT
is there any other solution
to put the case to end
